Our Mission
WINHER is a nonprofit created to support women and provide education about a variety of women's health issues including perimenopause support, natural menopause support, nutrition, exercise, mental health, physical health, and wellness.
Our mission is to promote women's physical and mental health and quality of life through peer-to-peer support, nutritional healing, yoga, meditation, exercise, and other natural therapies.
Community
Our goal is to create a sense of community and support for women of all ages through group activities. WINHER will bring you monthly events in Northeast Ohio that are designed to engage the mind, body, and spirit! Come join our women's circle and walk, talk, hike, meditate, and move your body with us.

Miss Hickory's Tea Room
Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Please join the lovely ladies of WINHER on January 24, 2026 for our WINHER Tea Party at Miss Hickory's Tea Room. Miss Hickory’s is located in a mid 1800s farmhouse in a beautiful historic district of Strongsville, Ohio. We plan to wear fun dresses and hats or if dresses aren’t your cup of tea feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable.
The cost is $35 per person and that includes your very own pot of delicious tea or beverage of your choice, a sampling of traditional tea sandwiches, scones and heavenly Devonshire Cream! Vegan and vegetarian options are available.
We also will have a very special guest Aneta Ardelian Kuzma. Aneta just finished her new book Lanterns of Light and we are so incredibly excited and honored to be sharing this with all of you!

We're thrilled to partner with CLE Urban Winery, who has generously donated their space for this special evening. Enjoy their hand-crafted, award-winning wines in a casual, hip, and fun atmosphere while unleashing your creativity. With everything from whites and reds to fruit-infused varieties, their famous wine slushies, and delicious mocktails there's something for every palate!
Lynnie of Inner Springs Studios will guide us through painting two beautiful wine glasses that you'll take home as functional art. No experience necessary – just bring your enthusiasm!
